Privacy statement

TUSK Frame is a small web studio run by two people. We are responsible for the personal data you share with us through this website. You can ask questions about your data at info@tuskframe.com or +31 6 11096319.

Only what you fill in or send us yourself:

• Intake (start your project): your name, email address and, if you give them, your phone number, business name and current website, what you want from the site and any files you attach, such as a logo or photos.
• Quick question: your name, your phone number or email address and your question.
• Free SEO scan: your name, email address and your website address.
• Email, WhatsApp or phone: whatever you send or tell us.

To answer your request, prepare a design and a quote and, if you become a client, to build and maintain your website. We don't use your data for advertising and never sell it to anyone.

We use a few services that are needed to run the site and our email:

• Vercel hosts this website and counts visitors, without cookies and without tracking you.
• Resend sends the emails from our forms to us and the confirmation to you.
• Google provides the mailbox your request arrives in.

These companies may process data in the United States. They are covered by the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or use the standard contractual clauses drawn up by the European Commission.

• If a request doesn't lead to a project, we delete it within 1 year, or sooner if you ask us to.
• We keep client data for as long as we work for you. We keep invoices for 7 years, because Dutch law requires it.

We don't use tracking cookies, so there's no cookie banner. The site only remembers in your own browser which display you chose (Clean or Signature, light or dark). That choice isn't sent to us, and you can clear it by deleting the site data in your browser.

You can always ask what data we hold about you, and have it corrected or deleted. Email us and we'll sort it within a month.

If you're not happy with how we handle your data, you can file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority, the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens.
