A website is never quite finished. There are updates, you want to change some text or a photo, or suddenly there's a question about your domain. With a maintenance plan we handle that, so you can focus on your business.
You decide how much you hand over: just hosting and domain, or monthly changes too. Cancel any month with the first month free, or pay yearly and get 2 months free.

A secure connection (the padlock), automatic backups and updates, so your site stays safe.
1 hour a month with Maintenance, 2 hours with Online store. For text, photos or products. Not used? Your hours stay available for 3 months.
We check updates, speed and backups (and for online stores: theme, apps and checkout).
We pick up changes within 2 working days, or within 1 working day on the Online store plan.
No surprises: a fixed amount per month or per year. Extra work always agreed first.
No, it's optional. Without a plan you arrange hosting, domain and updates yourself; we then help by the hour when you need something.
Either works. Monthly can be cancelled any month and the first month is free. Yearly you pay upfront: 10 months for 12. A yearly plan runs for a year; after that you can cancel monthly or choose another year.
Your website and your domain are yours. If you cancel, we move your website to the hosting of your choice and give you the transfer code to take your domain name (yourbusiness.com) with you. You're not tied to anything.
You first get a reminder. If payment still doesn't come through, we pause your website after about a month; nothing is deleted. As soon as you pay, everything is back online.
Then we agree on it with you in advance at our hourly rate. If you have saved hours left, those are used first.
Unused hours stay available for 3 months. That way you can save up a few quiet months for a bigger change. Anything older than 3 months expires.
